Sulsoffar is a city on the northern coast of Fairunloh. Little is known of the Sulsoffrans or their lands. Foreign visitors are discouraged and those that do come are confined inside the walls of the city. They report that the people are slender, pale and icy blond, given to dressing entirely in white. They speak a language unfamiliar to outsiders and share little information about their lives or beliefs.
Sulsoffar maintains a sizeable fleet and has established some outposts along the coast of Fairunloh. The Sulsoffrans are known for making raids on Seu Kal's northern ports, and lately Sulsoffran ships have been attempting raids on the cities of western Saldonia as well.
