Bataar Machmadi, son of Machmad Sual, was the Caliph of the Kaspari Empire from 1488 until his death in 1529. He was the father of the current Caliph, Rasual Bataari. During his reign, the Kaspari Empire defeated the pirate lords of Basradi and Yattaga, adding those islands to its territory, and also conducted numerous excursions into Dalkhrova. Some of these excursions were successful; Plosca, Domaan, and Lizmovia were all temporarily added to the empire, only to regain their independence at later dates.
